VIDEO: Lauren Conrad and Her Parents on NaturalHigh.TV

Lauren recently donated some of her time to be featured on NaturalHigh.tv to inspire youth to choose a natural high and reject drugs.
In a recorded video statement, LC tells, “I think when you’re so involved with drugs you have such a lack of interest and you just don’t care about your future. It’s the same story over and over again, people don’t really learn from it. If it gets out there that you’re getting into bad things, that’s your career, that’s your future."
Getting her parents to contribute, Dad, Jim Conrad attributes his daughter's obsession with fashion as crucial in keeping her on the straight and narrow. He tells, “Lauren always had a passion for fashion and design. It’s been so important to her."
Agreeing, Lauren adds, "With fashion it was just this is what I want, so this is what I am going to do. I just genuinely didn’t want to do them, never really had an interest (in drugs).”

LOVED this! Great message and it's so nice seeing Lauren's parents participate - how cute are all those old photos? : )

VIDEO: Lauren Conrad's Interview with ET

Since her descent from "The Hills," Lauren Conrad has become a best-selling book author and continued her thriving clothing line at Kohl's. Now, she's chatting with ET's Lawrence Zarian about her return to reality TV.
Lauren will be doing yet another show for MTV that she described to ET, saying, "This series is focusing more on my career and all the different directions I'm going. ... It's going to be filmed a lot more like a documentary which is nice."
So, what kind of person does this reality star turned designer have in mind when she's creating clothes? "I design for people that like to take pieces and make it their own," she said of her designs. "I like pieces that you can go in and buy and wear different ways, because it caters to a personal style."
Lauren gave ET some tips as to how to wear the latest fall trend, leather. The Kohl's designer revealed it's all about finding the "right piece," and when it comes to wearing the stylish leather shorts you see on celebrities, pair them with a feminine top.

Audrina Patridge Dishes on 'Harsh' 'Dancing with the Stars' Judges

ET chatted with Audrina Patridge at the exclusive VIP party launching Makeup Forever's first boutique, which is located at Sephora SoHo in New York City. The "Dancing with the Stars" contestant revealed her true feelings on the show's judges.
"If they were too nice, it wouldn't be an interesting show," Audrina told us on Thursday. "But I think it was harsh," Audrina added, referring to the criticism of Michael Bolton's dance moves. The reality star said that one judge in particular, Bruno Tonioli, should offer Bolton his apologies for his caustic remarks.
We also passed along a question from our facebook page regarding how much anxiety Audrina experiences before performances.
"It's a little nerve-wracking, because there's 20 million people watching you and it's live, so you never know if you're going to have a mistake, or fall or anything could happen," said Audrina.
"The Hills" star told us that she uses Makeup Forever on "Dancing with the Stars." Click here to watch the video.
